Fast shipment and a good follow up by a seller that seems to care about their customer. I have been a Chef for 35 years (still working) and have always wanted to have one of the Asian style blades but their handles were not a comfortable fit for me so I compromised and bought a MAC MTH-80 which I just love. When I saw the Zelite with the handle being a Euro style but with the blade being Asian 12*per side with a large rocker it looked like it would be a good fit. It is. The knife is well balanced and the rocker to the blade makes it very quick for slicing and dicing.The price was excellent on Amazon Day also. It's a keeper. The etching is very light on the blade and I would have preferred it made more of a statement when the other Chefs saw me using it. Better than my Forestner's but I still love my MAC MTH-80. Follow up---Well after 3 years of ownership and daily use I have to say this has become my favorite blade of all time? Holds a extreme edge very well, balanced and of the right weight so hours of use does not leave my wrist fatigued and the durn thing is beautiful and unique enough to garner attention, especially when I am doing exhibition work in front of guest.
