Bought this for my husband to replace using a backpack. We fly to Europe often and use the hopper type planes to fly in between counties. The restrictions are very strict. I bought and returned 4 other "underseat" rolling luggage. They were all fibbing on the size by not including the wheels. If I had trusted them I could have paid for it big time with big fees at the airport. This suitcase meets the size requirements for EASY JET personal item. Beautiful suitcase. Looks very durable. My husband loves it.
