This tray works perfectly for me, I do not see why some say the mouse tray feels flimsy it feels as solid enough to me of coarse if you jiggle it around it is only a piece of plastic hanging off the side but feels solid with you hand resting on it. Anyway installs easily I didn't use template just measured much easier to me unless you can flip your desk over. I searched all over for a decently priced tray and was pleased with my decision.
