I bought another unit 60 days ago that uses the gel pads. It worked great for 30 days, however it has since failed and the gel pads are a pain. This unit is SO SO SO much easier and in my opinion much stronger. As for results the concepts are the same and in my 70 days of usage, they work. This one being more powerful I have not been able to max out the unit. I have tried all setting to alter how my muscles are fired to maximize results. I have lost two sizes in my waist in 70 days, with diet and excercise. My goal is to see my Abs by my 5oth Birthday and thanks to this unit in particular I will achieve my goal. I started 25-30 lbs over weight. Supplement: 7-6-21 the motor keeps shorting out between the belt. Work great but can't figure out why the short started or how to correct. It is bad because it either resets back to 0 or jolts the crap out of you in midst or cycles.
