I was nervous when I bought this because I'm very particular about the firmness of my punching bags. Fortunately this has been sufficient for what I need. It comes with long hand wraps, mounting hardware for walls that I didn't use, and sturdy chains to keep it steady. After a few weeks it seems to remain durable but I'm not exactly Mike Tyson.
