***UPDATE*** So, I am very much back in love with not just the knife, but the company as well. I can absolutely say that I have never received such swift and satisfactory customer service. The knife is amazing, and I would encourage anyone to purchase without hesitation. The build quality is excellent, it's beautiful and a pleasure to use, and most importantly the company stands behind their product and supports their customers like no other. Three thumbs up. ***OLD REVIEW*** I was initially in love with this knife. It sharpens well and holds its edge, it's easy to handle and cuts great, and it looks beautiful. However, after only a few uses (basic meat and veg), I noticed rust spots forming. They've since gotten worse. I'd love it if the company could resolve this so I can revise my rating.
