I have to say this is a review of the seller as well as the product. Product Review: This drone was very easy for my twin daughters to figure out and fly. They each had their own drown and were able to fly them at the same time. They each got the hand of flying the drones in the first couple of minutes and and had them flying all over. Their flight time was easily 15 to 20 minutes. 1 drone did have a motor burn out shortly after starting to fly after the 1st battery recharge and that is where I need to review the seller on this. Seller Review: 1st after placing my order, I received a thank you email from the seller complete with a link to their video on how to use the remote and a pdf document. This video was very helpful for me. Watching it before the package arrives is great because then you are not tempted to ignore it and try to figure everything out on your own ahead of time (that is what my daughters did anyway). As mentioned above, 1 drone had the motor burn out shortly after just over 20 minutes of flying. My daughter wanted to return it. I did take it apart and look to see if a wire came loose, but didn't notice any issues. I submitted to Amazon to return the device as my daughter wished and they immediately approved the return. I also sent an email also to the seller asking about where to buy motors just before doing the return. Surprising to me, the owner responded the following morning with an offer to send me 2 motors and how to replace them. I really have been impressed with the professional level of the emails while also coming across as very customer caring. I know that if I am trying to decide between sellers for any future purchases, I will always purchase from Mike Quintana 1st.
