After hauling a semi durable nylon bag for 3 years daily to work and through about 30 international trips I really was looking for a slightly larger capacity, definitely a more business formal look and something sturdy. This bag has pleased me on all accounts. The leather is very nice look and feel - and is sturdy. I do like the blue interior - the lighter lining color (it is not gaudy) helps to see items at the bottom of the bag vs a dark color where items tend to be obscured. Enough pockets - but not too many so with this bag you are not always playing hide and seek. UPDATE - Now ~3 months using this bag during 5 international trips and daily office use... this bag is worth the expense. Travels great. Sturdy, attractive and roomy enough for long trips. I recommend this bag. UPDATE2 - Now 5 months and still very pleased. Look is like new after daily use and multiple international trips. Excellent buy... and I noticed the price has dipped a bit. Update 3 - Now over a year. Still great decision to purchase this back pack. Retains orginal look. Been on ~10 international trips and to work 5 days a week. I'd buy another. Update 4 - 19 May 2012 - still just fine. Very good value and construction. 18 months and it looks like I will have another few years on this bag at least. Update 5 - 13 Dec 2012 - even better value as I see the price decreased about 20% since I bought it. Since previous (May) update I've used daily and been overseas 4 to 5 times. Still holding up and looking fine. Update 5 - 5 July 2013 - still very pleased. Looks great and no defects. Update 6 - 26 Oct 2014 - 4 years and 40 international trips... Looks great and no defects. The reason I update is that I use it 5 days a week and it remains a solid product value. Still pleased. Update 7 - 3 Dec 2016 - 6 years - showing some use but no loss in functionality. Still use it daily! Update 8 - 27 Jan 2019 - I am on my second bag after 7 years with the first one - it was still going strong but I thought I would refresh - and the quality of the second was just a good. I am going into my 3rd year and remained pleased. It has gone around the world and to work daily. Good product. Update 9 - 7 Dec 2020 - COVID stymied travel - so the bag only saw some trips around the home office. Still looks and works great.
