It has a hood! It is Waterproof. Has pockets!
It fit me well. But I am 135-145 pounds. I have a smaller waist. The material is WATERPROOF. it is THIN as well. Great if it is humid outside. Kept me DRY when I t was pouring outside. THERE IS A HOOD WITH THIS JACKET. Yay! The only thing is that I don't know how long the jack would last. THERE ARE POCKETS. THEY ARE LARGE ENOUGH FOR LARGE PHONES.
