Wear these at night to drown out my fiancé’s snoring. I’ve slept so much better since using them! We went from me laying up at night wondering how such terrible sounds could be coming from a human being and “accidentally” kicking or elbowing him to hopefully get a brief reprieve from the ear splitting sounds to me snuggling up to him every night and sleeping soundly. I can still hear him breathing, but it is so much quieter. They are comfortable and I’m super glad that they came with adjustable ear pieces because the smallest ones fit perfectly in my ears and cause no discomfort during 8 hours of sleeping or afterwards when I wake up in the morning. When my kid and dogs are running amuck and I’m trying to get work done, I pop these in to drown out some of the noise. Pretty much anytime I am trying to focus on something that doesn’t require me to have my headphones on, I am using these earplugs to block out the distractions around me (I have ADHD and frequently get overwhelmed with too much noise). They don’t completely cancel everything out, but someone could probably sneak up on me while wearing them if they were quiet and light footed enough. I cannot recommend these enough. They’ve probably saved more than one life in my house, lol.
