I can't believe how easy this product is. All you need to do is pair it with your device and it works. It snaps the shutter in stills, or starts and stops the camera in video mode. I wondered how they managed to do this without any special Apps, so I tried pushing the button when it wasn't in camera mode and discovered that it's actually seen as a virtual keyboard control that has only one button, which triggers the volume button. As you know, most smartphones use the volume as a shutter so it simply triggers the volume when you hit it... which triggers the shutter in camera Apps. This makes shooting selfies so much easier.
