I bought this for my husband who recently upgraded his old iPhone to an iPhone 12s. Even though this was a bit more expensive than the separate stand for my Apple Watch (which I tucked the included charger inside) and a separate standalone wireless phone charger, having this all-in-one charger is much neater on the nightstand than having separate devices to plug in. I also like the fact that the watch charger does not interfere with the iPhone charging/earbud port at the bottom of the phone, so that if you charge it upside down, you can plug wired earbuds (neither of us have the wireless earbuds) and listen to podcasts or music in bed while charging. That said, if you are using this for the iPhone 12 and the phone charger doesn't kick in, the issue is not with this charger, but a glitch which, according to news reports, involves all wireless charging which requires some iPhone 12 devices to be rebooted before the wireless charging will work. I tested this by placing my husband's iPhone 12 on my older Yootech charger. It didn't charge on that unless the phone was rebooted too, while my iPhone 11 worked perfectly on this new charger. Hopefully Apple can fix this via software upgrade, but the issue is with the iPhone 12, not with the specific charger. While I am too cheap to replace my own wireless chargers until they are outdated, I will order additional Muleug ones for my husband for our other home.
