I love this meditation pillow and so does my 5 pound maltese dog! Whenever I’m not using it, she has made it her place to relax. It is sturdy, yet very comfortable and helps me sit straighter and more lifted as I meditate. It has a beautiful design and looks nice just sitting on the floor in my living room. I’ve gotten many compliments on it. Highly recommended!!
