I love this product. I am on my 4th bottle now. Though I personally wouldn't recommend buying this on the internet (my local Walgreens always has buy on get on deals), this is the only place I can write a review. I hope you find this helpful... SKIN: I have never really had a serious problem with my skin, but with regular upkeep and drinking A LOT of water (which I already do anyways, since you should drink at least a gallon a day) it have noticed a difference. As mentioned, I never really have had a problem with acne, but I do occasionally get dry bumps. Since taking this, I have not had a single "break out" of these bumps. HAIR: Also, my hair before taking the product seemed to have reached it limit at growing. Well, it has started growing immensely since taking the vitamin! The only problem is that the hair on my head grows, but so does the hair all over my body and just as fast. I'm personally okay with this since the razor and the waxer has been my friend (especially since my pathetic eyebrows have started thanking me for the opportunity), but that is strictly personal preference. NAILS: As for nails, I was always a dreaded biter until a year prior to these vitamins. Even when I stopped my nails seemed to keep flaking and never was 100% up to par. Needless to say, when I started to take them my nails did a 180 and now they are as strong and beautiful as ever. It honestly gives me an incentive to never ever ever bite them again. (Another helpful "thing": my mom was a acrylic nail fanatic until the recession and her nails NEVER recovered....... until this product!!!) So, if you are looking for something to help you grow your hair, clear up your skin (with the proper TLC) and to keep your nails strong and long, then I definitely recommend this product.
