This brought was a good purchase for my intended use: as a lightweight, comfortable stretch cotton bra to wear at home during the hot months of summer. I ordinarily wear a 36B, but, based on the reviews, I purchased this bra in a size 40 -- which was absolutely the right move, particularly after the bra shrinks in the laundry. GO UP TWO SIZES if you are using this as a casual comfort bra or as a sleep bra. (Those who have used it as a post breast surgery bra advise going up three sizes.) Some reviewers have commented that the bottom of the front closure is rough in a certain place that is uncomfortable. My bra does not have this problem, but it came with a label that said something like "new comfort redesign." Some have commented that sometimes the hooks in front pop open in the middle section. This is not true of my bra, but if it did happen, it's a simple matter to tighten bra hooks a bit with a pair of pliers. Keep in mind if you decide to purchase this bra that you are paying for a very inexpensive Fruit of the Loom product. Some of the reviews criticize this bra in a way that might be more appropriate if they had paid for a high-end product. In my opinion, the ratio of cost to value is very good, and that is the only fair way to judge a product. Here's what this bra will NOT do: Prevent bouncing during sports activities. Obscure pointy nipples through a thin top. Provide strong support to large breasts.
