For the most part we LOVE this machine. We were able to get rid of our coffee maker and cappuccino machine and just use this. My one big problem wiht this is that the thermal carafe does not kep the coffee hot for long. I always preheat it with hot water but even then when I go back for a second cup it is noticeably cooler. Within an hour the coffee is lukewarm. They need to come out with a better design. If it weren't for this it would have been 5 stars. I'm sure I'm not the only complaining of this....
