Feels great!
First of all-day this is a 5 star massager for the way it feels on my neck and shoulders. I love it!
But....in less than 1 week I heard rattling when using on my shoulder. This turned out to be 2 screws that came out of massager heads.
It's so worth fixing because other than that- this is the best message I've owned!!!
