I ordered this because I was dealing with low progesterone and estrogen dominance, and was having difficulty conceiving. Everyone I spoke to recommended Maca, and I chose this product because of the quality, and because it contained all three kinds of maca. Maca's not an herbal supplement, but rather a superfood, and helps regulate hormone balance for both men and women. I will say I chose to stop taking it recently because I am now pregnant. ;) Seems to have worked!
