About 2 months after I started a new job that increased my commute time by 1 hour (each way), I started having gnarly back problems for the first time in my life. After working with my chiropractor, she suggested I try this and wrote a letter so my FSA would cover it. I started using this and within a week the pain was literally gone, with no other changes to my routine. I couldn't do the commute without this, period. I also love that you can take the cover off to wash it, as I dropped part of a cheeseburger on it (I know.......) at one point. The only annoying part is that it does boost you up quite a bit since it's firm and well, meant to do so. For the ladies out there who wear a topknot, you may have to lover your seat to avoid your bun hitting the roof!
