Worked on all, have both sizes
Update! Now I've added photos since I have both size kits because it was what I wish I knew from the beginning about the sizes and options. They all came off within about 2 weeks, I think now that I have the micro size kit they would have come off sooner with the tighter size. The micro size comes in the same two handed style the medium to large does or it comes in a micro auto one handed pen looking gadget kit, they're the same price so I went with the auto one, you can see how it works in the photos. You push the needle end onto the end of the pen, push the band all the way on and push it off the wide base onto the pen gadget and then remove the needle end, press the pen over the skin tag and push the button on the top down, it will push the band off onto the base of the skin tag, it only takes one hand to use this one.
Did it on 8 of the boyfriend's skin tags in different areas of his body with the medium to large, some were more sensitive than others, it's been exactly a week and 2 have come off so far. In my personal opinion possibly all should have been the micro size, I didn't know, the opening of the gadget for this medium to large size can accommodate much larger skin tags than he has. I think maybe if the band were tighter, the micro kit, on the smaller ones they would have died and come off quicker than they are. The biggest problem with this product is it not being clear what size you need, you need the tag to fit inside the hole. You should go with the smallest size that will fit yours, the tighter the better (when I have both I'll post a photo of both with a ruler). A couple of his have a little bit of redness around them and are a little sore a week in, he says it's not too bad to deal with, I just think he's anxious to finish this, some are in inconvenient places. We put a bandaid over all of them because early on his shirt rubbed a band off one of the small ones but we got a band right back on, it was already turning dark. Both that have come off he didn't notice when it happened, one he still had the bandaid over and when I checked it was gone, so there's no pain associated with them actually falling off. All the ones left look like they are very near falling off, some even appear to be lifting away from his skin around it, I think in a couple days we'll uncover them and let a shirt potentially rub them off, at this point they've kind of become one with the band so the band isn't going anywhere now, they're all black and kind of shriveled up. I will be getting the micro kit so when new ones pop up we can get them when they're small and easy. The bands were easy to put on, the hardest time I had was pushing the band down to the fat end of the gadget, I started using my finger nails to push it down and it slid much easier then you use the pushing gadget to push it off the end onto the base of the tag. Press it very firmly to the skin and push the band off the end, of all 8 every one went perfectly around the base of the tag except for one and I just pulled the band off and redid it (I think I kind of pulled away from the skin as I was pushing the band down on that one). You MUST get the band around the base of the tag, the tag comes off where the band is and you don't want to leave part of the tag still attached. This is a great tool, it works and is a big money saver and convenient to have for anytime new ones will probably pop up, no doctor appointments necessary.
I read most of the reviews and it seems like most of the negative ones could have been solved by putting a bandaid over them so the bands stay in place with clothing or having someone else put them on you in difficult places, I had all 8 done in under 5 minutes, with someone else it's very easy, boom solved, this isn't rocket science here.
