I had my last dental check-up in September 2018 where I had 2 cavities. I struggle with motivation issues and dental hygiene has never been a priority for me. I bought this toothpaste due to (a) affordability and (b) potential utility. The idea of having a toothpaste that can help repair my teeth to a limited extent? That sounded like a great way to help counteract my inability to develop a proper cleaning routine with my teeth. I just had my 6 month check-up and even though I still haven't been flossing or always brushing twice, I managed to avoid having any cavities this time! In fact, my dentist noted a significant improvement in my teeth from my last appointment. Definitely a great tool! :)
