No complaints, I love it! It's very warm, it actually keeps me to warm in this NC weather! The zipper is solid and there is a pull string at the waist. I was worried about size but I got a medium 8 and it's fits perfect. It's roomy without feeling oversized. I'm 5'3, 120lbs, my shoulders are a lil broad. A 10 would have been too big and a 6 would probably fit snug. The arm length is perfect, they don't stop at my wrist. If I put my arms up the sleeves don't run halfway up my arms. Shipping was quick. Also, some jackets come with a logo, mine didn't which I was glad about. I ordered the one that said "new design".
