i like that it has both a probiotic and a prebiotic
i have taken a half dozen different brands of probiotics. this one is tops. i like that it has both a probiotic and a prebiotic, and that it not only helps the good bacteria to grow, but also helps to kill off the bad stuff. as an added bonus, it doesn't need to be refrigerated!
