I learned really quick, that buying a weather station from a brand I've never heard of, was a big mistake. It looks a lot like this one, and it has most of the same features and functions as this one, but it doesn't work like this one. The lacrosse Technologies weather station works amazingly well, and I've yet to have a single issue with it, even though I have the weather station a lot further away from the outdoor sensor than I thought would work. Do not buy the off-brand versions thinking they are just as good, because I sort of wish I would have gotten this one to begin with. The display, when the device is plugged in to the AC outlet, is very bright and colorful, and very well lit. Everything functions exactly is it supposed to.
