Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

This is my first drone purchase. After reading reviews and compairing features and price I purchased the Potensic T25. After receiving my drone, I was disappointed that the battery would not hold a charge although the battery appeared to have a full charge by lighting all 4 blue lights. I installed the battery in the drone and as soon as I tried to take off for a flight the battery was only showing 2 lights. I tried charging the battery several more times with the same results. So I emailed Potensic support over the weekend and received a reply within 24 hours. They promised to send a new battery to try to be sure there wasn't a problem with the drone itself. I did receive the new battery 4 days later and after charging I installed it in the drone. Sure enough it worked and has been working fine ever since. I love this drone it does everything I expected and was easy to learn how to operate . That's saying a lot for a 74 year old guy. The HD camera does a fine job also. For the money, I don't think you'll find a better drone
