Never be without it.
I have been using this gel for over 25 years for many types of injuries, sore muscles, sprains, insect bites, skin irritations, sunburn, etc. I would never be without it. I even take it with me when I travel. As a competitive dancer and dance teacher it is a main item in my dance bag.
