Only about 5 days in, and I can definitely feel my energy and focus levels throughout the day are increased marginally. I've read that it takes longer to fully become effective, so I will update this review after a couple of weeks of using the product. UPDATE: After two weeks of using this product, I am amazed by how powerful it is. In both energy and focus, I am astounded by how much of an impact one pill in the morning has throughout the whole day! I even stopped drinking caffeine aside from one cup of coffee when I wake up, and find no need for pre-workout before the gym anymore. Some reviewers have mentioned that it can cause insomnia. From my experience, I am just as tired around bed time as normal. I take the pill usually around 7AM and go to sleep around 11PM. There is ONE side affect that is sort of odd. I know this product is popular among men who suffer from a lack of sex drive or ED. I am perfectly "able" in this department, but I have noticed an increase in sex drive that is quite significant. I can see how this can be a bonus, but for men who are already fine in this department, beware an excessive amount of "desire" that can be frustrating at times.
