I'll start by saying that this is a great Little carpet cleaner. Compact, light weight, powerful suction and works well. We have 2 Chihuahuas (yes, by choice), who do not like any sort of weather except warm. So, you can imagine their resistance to use the yard properly. At any rate, we bought this to clean the residual mess that spot cleaning does not catch, and boy does this machine ever do that! Our carpets look 1000% better. There are some reviews stating how this unit leaks. I am here to discredit those remarks. The unit does not leak, but it does have a minor design flaw which makes it look as though it leaks, hence the 4 star review. The water jet sprays onto the undercarriage due to the pressure/capacity of the stream. The clean water is then caught in the compartments of the inner wheel, and dribble out. The water solution also condenses and runs from the bottom of the unit when not stationary. Pro Tip: only press and hold the solution trigger when rolling backward. This ensures minimal buildup and the need to go over the same area multiple times.
