Tastes great
I bought this to use as a popcorn seasoning, and I couldn't be happier. No more clarifying butter or margarine or buying artificial flavor butter oil to have butter on my popcorn, now I can sprinkle butter on with no trouble. Hoosier Hill Farm Butter powder does tend to cake when you use a spoon, but I found that using a fork to sprinkle the powdered butter works great. So now I don't have to worry about buying a dredger to sprinkle the powdered butter with.
I will recommend Hoosier Hill Farm Butter powder to all my friends and family.
