I've had this cushion for just one week but I already like it so much better than the old cushion that I had been using for years. I spend approximately 10 hrs/day sitting at my desk and the high density foam gives great support to my back. The two straps allow you to move it to where you want it and it stays in place. This cushion is a good value for your money and I would recommend it if you have back pain and spend long hours sitting in one place.
