This is really nice for the price. It washes well and is very warm. I want to address a couple of complaints that I read in other reviews. 1) The smell - there was a machine oil kind of smell. I've washed it three times and it's aired out. The scent has faded out. It's the only reason that I only gave 4 stars. 2) Complaints that it's too thin - it's a coverlet. COVERLET. It's not intended to keep you cozy in subarctic temperatures. It is very dense and warm. It replaced 2 blankets on my bed that barely kept me warm and I find it too warm most nights. 3) It's not stitched - who cares. It is embossed. This means you won't have stitches that come loose and cause weird bunching. That's a good thing, right?
