Great price among 12.5" telescopic ladders
My initial reaction after looking at telescopic ladders on here is that they all look so much alike it's hard to justify one vs the other. I stumbled across this one and I'm glad I did. After comparing several of the most popular telescopic ladders, the $69.99 price is WELL below any other of the 12.5" telescopic ladders on here, I couldn't find another under $100 at the time of purchase. The bag that's included is high quality & thick, with the ladder weighing only 24 pounds, I'm sure there won't be an issue with the bag lasting. After looking into ladder differences, the only significant difference between telescopic ladders seems to be that the more expensive ones are rated to support more weight, this one is rated for 250 pounds, which is plenty for me, I'm 210 and used it at full extension with no problems. The main thing to point out is that In my middle picture where I've got the yellow arrows pointing to is hard plastic & is NOT rubber, which doesn't seem very obvious in the product's photos but I'd definitely suggest wrapping something soft on the top step if you're planning on leaning the ladder against anything delicate like interior paint. The green arrows in the middle image are pointing to where the latches are that you flip to retract the ladder, very simple. In my first image I uploaded you'll see the different gaps & their measurements, the step that you're lowering stays at a medium gap as you lower them so you never have to worry about your fingers pinching. The ladder is 40" when everything is completely retracted.
