Overall, nicely designed and prevented the stiff neck I usually get from carrying a heavy backpack through airports. I saw there was some discussion of whether or not it really fit under an economy seat, so here are my observations: Southwest: fit easily Delta MD-88: fit sideways United, don't remember which aircraft: did NOT fit under an aisle seat, but did fit under the middle seat. Also, my 13" MacBook Air did fit in. The front pocket has only one zipper, which makes one worry a bit that stuff will fall out when opening it, although in reality there's a little flap that keeps the stuff in, and nothing did fall out. Also, all the inside pockets attached to the cover flap, which made it a bit awkward with heavy things like chargers in them. However, on unpacking after the last flight, I realized that they're attached by velcro and I could have moved them.
