This is a great yoga or workout top! It's incredibly comfortable and has a great feel and quality to it. I initially bought a Large, but it was too big, so I returned it and bought the size Medium. I am 5'8" - 155 lbs - and a size 6-8 in jeans and a medium in some tops and small in others. I have a 27 inch waist and a 37.5 chest (bra size 34F) - perhaps TMI but fit wise - the medium is perfect for me. The style is very flattering, and it is long enough for yoga and wicked away sweat too. Highly recommend this top for a bargain price and a great fit and comfort.
