My computer chair only goes so low to the ground, and with a seat cushion, I was straining to keep my feet on the ground. The chair itself is comfortable, but I was getting knee pain from the awkward sitting position. I'm at my computer for both work and leisure so it was becoming a problem. I've had this thing for about a week and the difference is already noticeable. No pain, better seating position, and conveniently, it doesn't move all over the place when I don't want it to, unlike some other products out there. Its worth noting that I've got it sitting on a hard surface; one of those plastic computer chair mats. I don't know how stoic it'd be on carpet.
