I needed a small nightstand that could fulfill several purposes. 1. I needed to get to my white board easily without it knocking or bruising me ( see attached) . 2. I needed a nightstand that was not rubbish and made out of that fake wood chip crap companies usually sell 3. I needed a nightstand that would also double as a book shelf for my textbooks I can say that this is the only nightstand that satisfies all of my demands and is within my budget (somewhat hehe). Again you are getting real wood here so that is why it is a bit pricey for its size, but it is absolutely simple and sleek AND it took me literally 15-20 min to put together! i am very pleased with this but just to give people a heads up, it has a country white tone to it. It is white don't get me wrong, but it has a SLIGHT creamy tone to it.. very subtle though. Other than that, very satisfied with my purchase and packaging was excellent, as always with amazon products.
