Changed our family's health
My wife struggled with fibromyalgia for 25 yrs, and it was only after trying Ion Gut Health (formerly Restore) in 2017 that she finally found relief. As a seasoned PhD Organic Chemist, she was compelled to understand how "dirt water" could have such an impact. Turns out it has a lot to do with preventing leaky gut, and all the unintended food-borne toxins that end up in the blood instead of staying in the intestines that overloads the immune system, which we now know is attributed to about 20 autoimmune diseases. That means it also reduces things like gluten sensitivity and helps prevent Roundup from getting into the bloodstream. It also naturally promotes good, balanced bacterial health in the gut, which helps the GI system function as designed. I used to race ironman triathlons, and ultimately gave it up 10+ years ago because I was unable to resolve gut issues. I had been dealing with Gerd (~acid reflux) for years, taking tums/rolaids... etc., with limited effect. To our surprise, Ion Gut Health (Restore) had an equal result on my stomach issues. Without the gut issues, my stress has been lower and I'm no longer up in the night with that burning sensation. Ironman days days are in the past, but back running and cycling and feeling great again. And if that wasn't enough, our son was able to get off his ADHD and anxiety meds after a few weeks. If affected his mood and interfered with learning. He's now at university and doing really well. We worked the cost out to be ~$300/year. Thats a fraction if what we were spending in meds and supplements, none of which we need any longer. Apparently not everyone has the same response we did, but I know that several friends and family members now take it daily, if for no other reason that to be proactive about their health. Unlike most supplements, this was developed by a research doctor (Zach Bush) and a research scientist at UVA while doing cancer research, and they followed up with lab testing and published peer reviewed reports. That's almost unheard of in the supplement world. I'm not suggesting it's a miracle supplement, but combined with a healthy diet and lifestyle, we discovered what we put in our bodies matters a lot more than we realized. Given all the growing toxins exposure and disease, we view this as a daily essential, more important than any multi-vitamin.
