We purchased this bucket a few years ago as emergency rations for hurricane season. While we've weathered through without having to open them, curiosity got the best of us. Cracked open the Beef Stroganoff, Chicken & Noodles, and the Chicken Teriyaki with Rice, fully expecting to be (at best) unimpressed but knowing we could eat these if necessary. Truth? We were shocked at how good these tasted. Yes, these are high in salt, so not particularly the best emergency ration for people with heart disease or kidney issues, but based on flavor alone, hands down the best freeze-dried food we've ever had.
