Very pleased with machine. At first I thought it wasn’t going to work because my nails remained tacky no matter how many times I tried to dry them. I believe others had made this comment. Frustrated, I consulted with my nail lady that has done my nails for years and she helped me. Come to find out nails will always feel tacky until the top coat is applied. Even then, if the top coat is tacky, just gently wipe your nails with rubbing alcohol to remove tacky feel. Through the painting process just continue to paint coat after coat in order and dry. I made the mistake of wiping after each application, but that just prevented the gel from building nice strong layers. I tried again after having them professionally ‘fixed’ and followed her instructions and the results were salon quality. I hope this helps others that might think the machine is broken and give up.
