Real nice cracker if you need a crunch
So these taste good however they're pretty expensive for what you're getting. They're real filling and go great with chili or cheese, hummus, etc. You can make a similar version for much cheaper. Get some flax seeds and seasoning. Take a cup of flax seeds and how much ever seasoning you need. Add a cup of water and let it sit for about an hour. Spread the mixture onto a cookie sheet and bake at 300F for about an hour. Check it after 30 minutes though and see if you can flip it. Let it finish drying in the oven and then I crack the oven and leave it in there to cool, break apart and eat.
