My mom has been suffering from swollen painful feet for many years. She has seen many specialist and they tell her she has too much salt in her body, not enough salt, problems with her kidneys problems with her weight, too much walking/standing, not enough walking/standing, etc. and no matter what the doctors gave her, her feet just always swell up and are very painful. I bought these for her about 4 months ago and told her that even though I was not sure if they would work for her, to give them a try at least for a month. My mom has not had any swelling or pain in her for for almost 3 months. She has even noticed her nails in her feet are healthier, her hair is growing (she was very bald) and she always had dark patched on her face and they are disappearing. Now I can't say for sure if it's the pills or not but we noticed these differences a month after she started taking them. I have bought a bottle for myself to see if it will help me with the pain in my knees (beginning arthritis) and my baldness (it runs in the family). I will see how I feel in a month and maybe give it another good review.
