I must say this camera was easy to install and worked great. I did have to get a different monitor holder as the one that came with it would not stay stuck. I really liked this camera, especially the fact that I did not have to drill holes or cut wires just to install. I bought it about 4 months ago and has done great in all kinds of weather. Here is why a rated it a 1 star. 3 days ago I went and got my car washed. The cover to the power supply was covered and locked. However, apparently water got in it some how and now it won't work. When I opened up the "sealed" compartment some water came out. Now because Amazon only has a 30 return policy I am out $160. I tried to get in touch with the seller to see if they could help me out, but there is only the Amazon assistant. *Update* I was finally able to get in touch with the seller. They ended up sending me a replacement right away with no fuss.
