My mom told me this was a great product for someone who has trouble going #2. What she didn't tell me was to read the box carefully before going on sprinkling these tea bags into hot water. These tea bags are filled with what I assume is just a chemical that hates your insides. I had a friend sleeping over and we thought it was a good idea to cleanse together. Normal women might choose a face mask treatment over cleaning your insides, but we're like that. My friend had maybe two cups of this tea and I decided to stick 3 bags of this tea into one cup for an accelerated effect...which would only lead to my gastrointestinal death. Around the hours of 2am-4am, both our stomachs started to vibrate and make sounds deep sea creatures make. It seems the race on who can cleanse first was a complete tie. We both woke up, discussed who might need to use the bathroom first. As soon as one of us left the bathroom, the other one ran in. This tag-team switch off happened for quite some time. The entire night, there were agonies of lost souls on that porcelain chair. The next morning, we both looked like we had gone out to a club...looked dehydrated, dishevelled, extremely exhausted, and probably couldn't walk. But, we felt skinny! I think this tea only made our friendship stronger and we had great stomach tone! I recommend it for a weekend in, alone but access to a phone should anything go bad, only one tea bag at a time, and always better to have a slower effect that a too fast of one!
