I was worried that the band would be too small based off the other reviews but it fit perfectly. I got two of these skirts in the 95C to wear to renaissance festivals. I am 5'4" and 170 lbs. Bust 39", underbust 29", hips 43" at widest, natural waist 31" and 32" where I wore the skirt. I do not think that the quality is bad at all. The stitching was as expected and it is not see-through. The liner underneath isn't snug and comes to about mid/upper calf. It can be worn casually or for dress up.
