I bought one of these when the pandemic hit and the toilet paper supply started getting low. It took months to get my product and when it finally arrived I received an older model with one knob instead of 2. I installed it and I have been using it ever since. I recently purchased one for my parents and installed it for them and I like the 2 knob version because it has the self clean nozzle the the very top of the downward extension piece which cleans the whole extension. I like the simplicity of one knob tho. If they could maybe incorporate the two designs that would be nice. You have to make sure you hear the complete click on the new two knob model. The first model is similar but the newer model requires more travel to get to the complete click. Slight differences but they’re both solid products. I didn’t have the same toilet seat problems as everyone els but you can see how the seat has a slant downwards. It’s not noticeable unless you see it from the side, but I have a wooden seat and not sure if a plastic seat causes more problems for people. I wouldn’t recommend the seat studs to make the seat level because you would have a lot of water n stuff 💩 spraying out all over. You have to clean your bowl a little more often because it’s sprays everywhere with a bidet but it’s not that bad just minor. So containing the water in the bowl is definitely a priority. A huge benefit for me by having one of these was that I use to have bad hemorrhoids but after using this and wiping less I haven’t had hemorrhoids since. I only use this and flushable wipes. Toilet paper falls apart because there’s too much water on you.
