This tool really works! I purchased this specifically for the little crank tool to lift the sides of my curved toenail. The other tools that it comes with are great quality too, having the other tools makes fixing ingrowns super easy. The little crank tool is great, although the metal piece that lays flat on the nail bed is not attached so be careful. This doesn’t bother me nor does it change the effectiveness of the product, I saw some other reviews complaining about that and saying it’s unusable because of it. I would recommend placing the little crank tool on a dry toenail and crank it tight but not too tight, then with it on soak your whole foot in hot water for 5-10 minutes. When you take your foot out of the water, crank it a little more and let your whole foot dry before taking the tool off. After that you can use the cuticle tools and clippers to clean up the nail. Super effective and would recommend!!
