Great Hydration for Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS)! My 16 yr old daughter loves this - flavor is good and it really helps her to avoid going into the ER for a real IV. Low blood volume is a constant issue for people with POTS and liquid IV really helps.
