Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

So far I love it! This is my very first mixer. I couldn’t afford a kitchen aid but didn’t want to waste money on a cheap one and have to replace in a year or so. This one seems perfect! So far I’ve used to make several batches of cookies and muffins. It’s not nearly as loud as I would have expected. It still makes noise ofcourse but it’s not bad at all. It looks very pretty too. It does mix the entire bowl well. Very pleased ****update. !!! The flat paddle is cracking after only a few months and I can’t find out how to get a replacement!!!! July 2018 ****second update.!!! I emailed the manufacturer about the rubber cracking on the paddle and they responded immediately and corrected the issue without further inconvenience to me. I am very impressed with the customer service. I’m giving it 4 stars because I love the mixer and am very pleased with customer service. I would like to be able to purchase replacement/ additional paddles in the future.
