Here’s the deal from a water specialist- removes chlorine, doesn’t soften.
Hello! Water treatment specialist here- yes that’s a real job.
So it does remove chlorine.
On the right we have my tap water (AUSTIN) on the left we have the water from the shower head. Does a better job that 99% of your fridge filters, honestly.
However, It does not soften the water. I expected this, the systems that do are in the $150-250 range for an effective one, and require it to have super negatively charged ionic resin.
Luckily, chlorine is the most damaging thing for the skin. This will indeed help anyone with Eczema, psoriasis, or dry flakey skin. Blondes- it will help your blonde stay pretty and not go brassy as fast.
I’d give it 5 stars if they were a bit more honest with the marketing.
