Hard to rate tech support as the product was darn near plug and play. Setup was a breeze. My daughter drove to school this morning and I've already sent her a screenshot of the notifications for hard turns. She tends to be a little hot on the corners... Costs and fees are upfront, plainly listed in the description, and very reasonable for my needs. I just need to keep track of "Crash," my 16-year-old driver. After one accident, I researched and invested in the Vyncs and told her upfront it was in her car. I think just being there it will cool her jets, and certainly offer Dad (me) some peace of mind.
